Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over $100 within the United States. For ordes under $100, standard shipping rates apply.

​​Because we create one unique design we can only except returns within 3 days of receiving the apparel. Shipping costs for the return will be the responsibility of the customer. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. There are no cancellations or exchanges. Please contact me via email if you have any problems with your order.

Yes, you'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. You can use this number to track your package progress.

At Olivia Inspirations, we currently do not ship outside the USA. While we are thrilled to have international interest in our custom dresses that are crafted with passion and creativity, our shipping services are limited to addresses within the United States.
